TRIALS 2026

Connells Point Rovers FC is excited to announce the implementation of an Advanced Teams Selection Process for the 2026 season. These teams will be mixed gender and are aimed at players who demonstrate advanced ability and commitment to football.

Our goal is to ensure that all boys and girls have the opportunity to enjoy football with teammates and opponents of similar skill levels. As part of this commitment, we are offering trials for players wishing to be considered for our Advanced teams, which compete at the highest level of our competition.

 

Key Information:

• Selection is based on individual ability – not friendship groups.

• Playing in an Advanced team in 2025 does not guarantee selection for 2026.​

Trial Opportunities:

There will be two opportunities to trial:

Opportunity 1 – Two sessions in 2025

📍 Poulton Park – Main Field

• Thursday 30 October and Thursday 6 November

  • U8: 4:45pm – 5:45pm

  • U9: 5:30pm – 6:30pm

  • U10: 6:15pm – 7:15pm

  • U11: 7:00pm – 8:00pm

  • U12: 5pm – 6pm

  • U13: 6pm – 7pm

  • U14: 7pm – 8pm

 

Opportunity 2 – One session in early 2026
