After a long awaited start and after many cancellations due to wet weather, the 2019 football season is now underway. With well over 750 members this season Connells Point Rovers FC had an excellent start to the season over the weekend.
This is the beginning of a new era for our club, with the current development of the new amenity block, artificial pitch in Poulton 2 and the mini football fields which will be of great benefit to many future generations.
This year we are introducing our new Coach Mentorship Program, run by volunteers every Monday at Quarry Reserve at no extra cost, this program is geared to introduce all RTOs to the role of coaching. It is highly recommended that all u6 and u7 coaches get involved, This will help coaches develop our young athletes as well as guide them through different training sessions especially for these age groups.
CPRFC Trades and Services Directory As part of our services to the community we now have our Trades and Services Directory, which includes local business for all types of projects, ranging from local restaurants, tradesmen, catering and more. We would like to encourage all members to visit our Trades and Services Directory and help us promote our local businesses. https://www.cprfc.com.au/trades-services
CPRFC would also like to use this opportunity to thank all members, especially our Coaches and Managers, our Executive and General committee members and of course our sponsors, without them it would be impossible to organise every season.
